Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fpreds.com (“Service”), operated by David Pogorzelski — Software and Data Solutions, Geissbergstrasse 18, 10777 Berlin, Germany (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

fpreds.com provides AI-powered soccer match predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. Predictions are generated by AI models and do not guarantee actual match outcomes.

• Free: Match predictions with win/draw/loss probabilities, predicted outcomes, and confidence scores for 12 leagues.
• Pro ($4.99/month): Additionally includes detailed AI reasoning, past predictions with accuracy tracking, and REST API access.

Registration is via magic link (email). You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Accounts are non-transferable.

Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as our Merchant of Record. All prices include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel via:

• Your account page
• The Paddle customer portal (link in your confirmation email)
• Email: me@davidpogorzel.ski

After cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of your paid period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us at me@davidpogorzel.ski within 14 days for a full refund.

After 14 days, refunds are not available. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our full Refund Policy for details.

fpreds.com is a sports analytics platform. AI-generated forecasts are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about accuracy. This service does not facilitate, promote, or encourage gambling or sports betting in any form.

We accept no liability for decisions made based on our forecasts. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

API access is available exclusively to Pro subscribers. The API may not be used to systematically scrape the Service or commercially resell data. We reserve the right to revoke API access in case of abuse. Rate limit: 60 requests per minute.

All content on fpreds.com, including predictions, analysis, and design, is owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
