14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, simply contact us and we will process your refund โ no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address. Refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window, refunds are generally not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ you retain Pro access until then.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside the 14-day window in cases of:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Extended service outages affecting your subscription period
- Billing errors on our part
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
